1. The Chicago Bears laying waste to the Minnesota Vikings in week 16. Or kinda beating them in overtime after giving up a pretty substantial lead. Fuck it. Most fun I’ve had with football all year. It’s been a rough one.
2. Nationals at Pirates. Nats food costume people were flown to Pittsburg for epic mascot race. Polish food cheap shots the shit out of Teddy Rooseveldt. I fucking love baseball.

1. Jay Farrar and Ben Gibbard “One Fast Move or I’m Gone.” I actually listened to this record 8 times through in the first 2 days I owned it. I haven’t done that since the LL Cool J “Mama Said Knock You Out” cassette single.
2. The Chavez discography box set rules. I can’t understand why nobody remembers this band. All of the best elements of Quicksand, Jawbow, and Floor. It’s perfect.

Fuck I forgot about shows. Ryan called it with the Split Lip/Chamberlain reunion show. I have never seen that many 30-40 year old dudes going that apeshit. I mean that as a compliment, but the band probably doesn’t see it that way.
